Catering Services
Drop-Offs
Our team will meet you at your event to deliver. We will dress the serving table(s) with linen tablecloths; set up all serving equipment, plateware and flatware; and set out a beautiful meal for your guests to enjoy at their own pace. We return at the end of your event to pick up all our equipment and dishes. We clean what is ours, so you don’t have to worry.
Our drop off services are recommended for events with less than 50 guests. This is so you as a host do not have to worry about checking and replacing any food. There is a $50 fee attached to this service to cover the time and gas required.
Full Service
When we say full service, we mean full service. When you use our services, we will supply all plateware, flatware, non alcoholic beverages, staff to serve and bus, and so much more.
Even better? While there is a $400 minimum for our full services, we include full service in everything we do. There are no added costs, hidden fees, or exorbitant gratuities. We have priced our menu and services so that what you see is what you get. Even a buffet line feels classy when we are the ones serving it.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
We offer a variety of menus and styles of food to meet your needs, no matter what time of day your event is. The majority of our cuisine can be described as American with Mediterranean flavors, but we will make any meal from any location in the world as authentically as possible. Whether you want southern biscuits and gravy, perfectly medium rare prime rib, or harissa roasted chickpeas, we will exceed your expectations.

If your schedule is flexible we are happy to provide a tasting on a day when we are already preparing food and let you sample what we are making that day.

$50/Couple
If your schedule is flexible we are happy to provide a tasting on a day when we are already preparing food items from your proposed menu.

$150/couple
We are happy to schedule you on a day and time of your choice. Your tasting is scheduled for one hour in addition to your food sampling. We are happy to provide linen, flatware, plate and glassware samples on request. Please choose two hors
